Lost parcel

If tracking confirms the parcel is lost, we will review the case and help with next steps.

When returns are accepted

  • The parcel was lost during shipping.
  • You contacted us with order details and proof within the required timeframe.

When returns are not accepted

We do not accept returns for opened, used, incorrectly selected, or unwanted items unless the product arrived damaged or the parcel was lost during shipping.

Damaged item process

If your product arrives damaged, please contact us with your order number, email address, and clear photos of the product and packaging. We will review your case and provide the next steps.

Lost parcel process

If your tracking has not updated for an extended period or the parcel appears lost, contact us with your order number and tracking number. We will review the shipment status before confirming next steps.
